ReviewKind’s privacy, in short: no accounts, no database and no tracking. Here is exactly what happens to business details and ratings.
Business details
The name, type, Google review link and optional contact a business enters are packed into the customer link itself. They are not sent to us or saved anywhere.
Ratings and reviews
When a customer asks for a review, their ratings, the details they ticked and any words they typed are sent once to our server, which asks Google’s Gemini to write the text and returns it. Nothing is logged or stored. Gemini processes the request under Google’s terms for its API.
The last few reviews written for a business are kept only in the customer’s own browser, so the next one does not repeat the same wording.
Posting
A review is posted only if the customer chooses to, under their own Google account. If they choose the owner instead, it opens their WhatsApp or email app with the text filled in, and they press send.
