Google says high-quality, positive reviews can improve a business’s visibility. Most happy customers never write one because it takes effort. A few taps removes the effort.
More Google reviews, written honestly.
Free for any business. Your customers rate their visit in a few taps. ReviewKind turns those ratings into a review in their own voice. They check it, change anything they like, and post it on Google themselves.
Why reviews help a business be found
Reviews that mention the food, the service or the room tell searchers what you offer, and give Google more to match. ReviewKind writes about the things the customer rated.
A QR code on the table or the counter turns every good visit into a chance for a new review, week after week.
How it works
- 1Set up once
Enter your business name, type and Google review link below. You get a link and a QR code.
- 2Customers rate
They scan, rate four things about the visit, and tick a few details if they want.
- 3A review is written
In English or Hindi, from their ratings only. Low ratings are written honestly. They can edit every word.
- 4They choose
Post it on Google, or send it privately to you. Every customer sees both choices.
Set up your review link
Takes a minute. Nothing is saved on our side: your details are packed into the link.
Where do I find my Google review link?
- Search for your business on Google while signed in to the account that manages it.
- In your Business Profile, choose Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews).
- Copy the link it shows, such as
https://g.page/r/…/review, and paste it here.
You can also paste your Place ID (it starts with ChIJ) from Google’s Place ID finder.
Your review link is ready
- Print the QR card for tables, the counter or receipts.
- Send the link on WhatsApp after a visit, while it is fresh.
- Ask every customer, not only the happy ones. That is what Google expects.
Honest by design
Never invents
No dishes, names, prices or staff the customer did not give.
Same choice for all
Google or the owner, side by side, whatever the rating.
The customer posts
It goes up under their own Google account, after they read it.
Nothing stored
No accounts, no database and no tracking, so there is nothing to leak or sell.
Questions
Is it allowed by Google?
Google asks that reviews reflect a real experience and that businesses do not steer unhappy customers away. ReviewKind writes from the customer’s own ratings, writes low ratings honestly, gives everyone the same two choices, and the customer posts the review themselves.
Do you store anything?
No. The business details live inside the link. Ratings are sent only to write the review and are not kept.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no sign-up and no limit on the number of businesses.
Which languages?
English and Hindi. Customers can switch with one tap.
